Updated Park Hyatt Condo in Beaver Creek


Let me paint you a picture of lime green curtains, lime green sofas, lime green pillows, and basically everything else in the room was lime green or a shade off from that. Not the prettiest site to see, believe me. 

Thankfully we were introduced to the property just in time to save it. We had a few months to get things organized, ordered and put into place before clients started to arrive for the summer. It was a tight schedule with getting things hand and custom made for this residence, but it was certainly a fun challenge.



A Few Key Pieces We Put Into The Place and Absolutely Loved:

- This American Leather sectional has the absolute most glorious, soft, cushy Chenille fabric on it and it can make any living room an essential place to be in your home. 
-A couple of other favorites are the cozy Bernhardt ottomans covered in a faux, brown fur that can comfort any hiney. 
-I also love the two twin chairs that sit next to each other. They are also from Bernhardt, but the fabric is a fabulous Kravet fabric that is to die for. The fabric on here is a contract fabric and is super durable, but it doesn't stop it from being totally wishful to sit on. It makes a perfect chair for renters in this unit.
